Serving all of Maui

Planned up front, built clean.

We handle new-build electrical from underground and rough-in through trim, service energization and final inspection, and we plan the panel and feeders up front so the house works on day one.

Thinking about solar, a battery or EV charging? Running the conduit during rough-in costs a fraction of adding it later.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you work as the electrical sub for our GC?

Yes. We partner with Maui GCs as the electrical contractor on residential and commercial new builds.

Can you handle solar and battery as part of the build?

Yes. Putting PV and a battery in during new construction is the cleanest way to do it, and we recommend it whenever possible.

Do you coordinate the HECO service?

Yes. We handle the service entry, coordinate the Maui Electric drop and schedule energization.

Do you plan for future expansion?

Yes. We routinely oversize conduit and panels on new builds so future EV, solar or load additions are straightforward.
